Location: RFTA Intercept lot, Brush Creek Bike Path
Start Time: 6:00pm, please be prepared for cold and possibly darker conditions at the finish.
Course Description: Riders will begin at the Brush Creek Intercept lot and ride the Brush Creek Bike Path toward Snowmass Village, then turn onto Ditchline, ride Viewline to Deadline, turn right onto Deadline, and descend to Highline Trail. Riders will then turn left onto Highline Trail and ride down to Owl Creek Road and cross to Tom Blake Trail (traffic marshals will be in place for the road crossing). Riders will follow Tom Blake all the way to its end at the Snowmass Mall. The finish will be where Tom Blake terminates at Daly Lane.

Race Day Sign-In: Race day sign-in will take place from 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM at the start of the race. Everyone must sign-in at each race regardless of membership level. Race numbers are issued for each discipline for the entire season – bring your number to every race! Race day entry fees are:
- Free for Full Members and Juniors
- $20 for non-members. Please bring exact change.
Registration: You only need to register once for the season. Racers under age 18 must have a parent sign their release waiver at the registration table at their first race.
– You can save time and money by registering on-line regardless of whether you register as a member or non-member—even if you’ll be racing only once this season.
Race-day Registration 🙁 — You may also fill out the paper registration form on site—allow extra time. This costs $10 more than online, wastes paper, is slower for you, and is more work for us. Generally frowned upon.

Cancellation policy: PLEASE DO NOT PHONE OR TEXT THE RACE DIRECTOR FOR RACE CANCELLATION INFORMATION. In the event of inclement weather on race day, the Aspen Cycling Club Board of Directors will communicate with the Race Director to determine the Club’s ability to operate a race that is reasonably safe for competitors, and, for mountain bike races, preserves the integrity of local trails. All racers should assume that a final decision will be made at the start line by the race director. However, when possible, the Board of Directors will alert racers of a race cancellation prior to the start by emailing the Club email group, and posting on the website and the ACC Facebook page by 5pm.
